1. Can you tell me about your menu?
Our daily menu is created so you can enjoy a nutritionally balanced meal each day. Our menu also offers great variety, changing daily as well as week to week.
2. Do you cater?
Yes, we will happily work together with you to devise the perfect menu for your event / function. We have many years experience with catering for all different types of businesses. Send us an email through our contact us page.
3. It's my first time, how do I place an order?
We only accept orders online. If you have a special need, request or want to place a large group order, email us with the details. Otherwise follow the steps below. Browse the menus and choose your lunch/lunches
Select the day(s) you'd like 'All That Good Stuff' lunch.
Select your choices.
Add items to your cart.
Enter your details (which will be saved if you choose) and select a payment method.
Accept terms & conditions and submit the order.

4. Can I order now?
You can place an order anytime at our website as it is open 24/7 for orders. The cut-off times are 6:00pm for next day delivery. Best bet is to place your orders first thing in the morning for the following day so you don't forget. We wouldn't want you missing out on ‘All That Good Stuff’.
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 12:30pm
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays, unless by prior arrangement.
We deliver to reception unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
5. Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver to all Alexandria, Botany, Banksmeadow, Mascot, Marrickville and Matraville. If you are outside of this area and have an order of $100 or more, send us an email and we will do our best to cater for your requirements.

6. Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, for your convenience and ours we only accept payment online.
7. Are there delivery charges?
There are no delivery fees for orders over $15.00
Get your work colleagues to jump in on your order, or order more than once a week to save on the delivery charge.
If the order does not reach $15.00, a $2.50 delivery charge will be added to your order.
8. Can I pick up my meals?
No, we are here to save you time, to make your day smooth and easy. We bring your lunch to you.
9. I have food allergies but I really want ‘All That Good Stuff’, can you cater for special dietary requirements?
You can check on each meal for the list of ingredients on each product page.
You can also send a note with your order and we shall do our best to look after you.
*Please note we use nuts and gluten in our kitchen.
10. Do you use preservatives or additives?
No, zip, none.
Everything is made using locally sourced produce, with love, from scratch, for you.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel please do so by emailing us by 2pm the day before your delivery is due to arrive. If we do not receive a cancellation notice for your order before 2pm you will be charged the full amount of your order.
